I'm Aya, a Baghdad native and digital creative. With my interest in traveling, meditation, mobility, math, and physics, I felt it's important to share the things that made me happier each day.


Through bouts of pain from surviving a war, grappling with loss, adjusting to a new country and language, I struggled to find an outlet that empathized with my feelings. I struggled with honesty about how I felt, glossing over everything with false positives.


Through meditation (a rare concept during my time in Iraq), I understood how my mind and being aware of my deep consciousness can produce happy moments, even during the most heartbreaking days. Through physics and space-time theory, I understood how to create meaning and a better grasp on 'time'.
